Pre-Registration by Phone

This involves everything prior to ROC accepting the PC for repair such as collecting contact information, problem description, etc.. 
The additional step of setting an appointment is included here.

Receiving the PC

Upon arrival for their appointment, the customer will call ROC to inform us they have arrived.  The customer will place their equipment on the table outside the door while ROC personnel observe from inside the shop door.  PLEASE call ROC with any additions or changes, DO NOT try to engage in a face-to-face discussion.

Once the customer has departed, ROC personnel (in mask and gloves) will use alcohol and disinfectant sprays to reduce the chance there is a virus on the outside of the equipment before bringing it inside the shop. 

The equipment will then be moved inside to begin a 3-day quarantine. The work order will be noted with date and time of arrival.   The quarantine is necessary to assure us that no virus problems remain INSIDE the computer.

Diagnosis and repair

This is where we do the work, prepare the invoice, etc..
The customer will be called to be informed their PC is ready.
– Payment will be completed
– A pickup appointment will be scheduled

Returning the PC

Upon arrival for their appointment the customer will notify ROC personnel they have arrived.  ROC personnel will deliver the equipment and a copy of the paid invoice to the table outside the door  and then notify the customer to pick it up while they observe from inside.
