Pre-Registration by Phone
This involves everything prior to ROC accepting the PC for repair such as collecting contact information, problem description, etc.. We prefer you take the step of setting an appointment in order to reduce congestion at check-in time. The shop phone will be forwarded so that appointments may be scheduled when we are not open.
Check-In the PC
Please wear a mask for your appointment, come in and set your PC on the check-in table UNLESS someone else is already there. Please respect distance and avoid crowding to assure everyone’s safety as necessary. Thanks in advance for your patience.
ROC personnel (in mask and gloves) will use alcohol and disinfectants to reduce the chance there is a virus on the outside of the equipment.
The equipment will then begin a 3-day quarantine to assure us that no virus problems remain INSIDE the computer.
Diagnosis and repair
This is where we do the work, prepare the invoice, etc..
The customer will be called when their PC is ready.
